It's time to cook again for the Philippines Independance Day Celebration. About 130 people expected.

Four hours later the pig is cooked, plenty of crackling!
It then took two of us 2 hours to carve.
We made it on time, and more food than they could eat!
How ever they booze was a bit light on towards the end of the evening.

Tidy up Linden's back yard and see if we can fit our caravan in, the tape measure reckons it will fit. = JUST!
It fit's with 300mm to spare.
The bird cage should be completed when we return, if not it soon will be!
Off home to Thailand for 6 weeks via a few day's in Perth.
